Congratulations Vincent Fantuazzo
Congratulations to Vincent Fantuazzo who won this years Doug Moran National Portrait Prize for his painting Baz Luhrmann "Off Screen". Vincent was also awarded the Packing Room Prize at this years Archibald for his portrait of celebrity chef Matt Moran.
