Our most popular products can now be purchased through our online shop. At this stage, online shopping is only available for Australian customers located within our standard delivery zone. Customers with large orders or those located in other parts of Australia or overseas can contact us to find out delivery charges and place orders.

Shipping Zone

At this stage, our standard delivery zone covers the following locations:

• Melbourne addresses with postcodes from 3000 to 3221
• Sydney addresses with postcodes from 1000 to 2310
• Brisbane addresses with postcodes from 4000 to 4230
• Adelaide addresses with postcodes from 5000 to 5117
• Perth addresses with postcodes from 6000 to 6032
• Tasmanian addresses with postcodes from 7000 to 7901
• Canberra addresses with postcodes from 2600 to 2620

If your address is not in our standard delivery zone, contact us so we can let you know how much it will cost to deliver to your door.

Fitzroy Stretches does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office. We dispatch all our deliveries by courier so orders can be tracked should any problems occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the products purchased, the volumetric weight and delivery address.

• Paints & Brushes only: Special shipping rate of only $5 to Australian customers in our standard delivery zone.
• Stretched Canvases only: Shipping rates calculated on volumetric weight of stretched canvases and delivery address. Shipping two 20" x 20" canvases to Melbourne customers only costs $15, with shipping for two 20" x 20" canvases to other capital cities ranging in price from $17 for Sydney and $32 for Perth.
• Mixture of Paints/Brushes/Canvases: Shipping rates calculated on volumetric weight of stretched canvases and delivery address, with no additional shipping costs for paints and brushes.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, and with all packaging and labels intact. Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged. Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

Variations

Our stretched canvases are not mass-produced; they are created locally by skilled craftspeople using quality materials from Australia and overseas. Slight variations are inherent in hand-made products and are not considered product faults.

The online colour swatches provided for paints are indicative only and cannot replace the experience of seeing a colour chart in person at your favourite art supplies store.

Availability

Should you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the product will be available and what alternatives are currently in stock.

Payment

Products purchased through our online shop will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Fitzroy Stretches respects and protects your privacy. Your personal details will under no circumstances be disclosed, exchanged or sold. Credit card details entered into PayPal will be used to process orders only and will not be kept on file by Fitzroy Stretches.
