At Fitzroy Stretches we strive to provide a complete service for painters, this includes stocking a comprehensive range of artist canvas and linens. The majority of our range is available in 210cm widths, with some of the styles available in 155cm or 300cm. We stock primed and unprimed canvas, and can also provide customers with materials required to prime their own surfaces.

Caravaggio Canvas Collection
The Caravaggio collection of primed cotton and linen canvas has been milled in Varese, Italy for over 30 years. Caravaggio linens and cottons are available in a range of styles, colours and widths. All of the models are available in 10 metre rolls.
The Caravaggio collection offers artists the latest in technical innovation and as a result, a number of their canvases are available in Black, Ochre Red and the unique Clear finish priming.

Fitzroy Stretches has been proud to work with the Italian manufacture to initiate coloured priming in Australia. Black has proven to be very popular and many of our artists are using the Clear primed surface as an alternative to Rabbit Skin Glue.
The Caravaggio collection is our hardest working range of canvas, representing great value, scope and quality.
